Inside Sales Representative
We are presently hiring for an Inside Sales Representative position for an international manufacturer of Rolling Door systems based in New York.

The ideal candidate has sales and or customer service experience; excellent phone etiquette with an outgoing personality.

We are looking for a motivated, self-starter who can service existing customers and excel with onboarding and grow new accounts.

Skills and Experience

• Must have sales aptitude and be willing and able to learn an intricate product.
• Strong phone presence and experience with handling dozens of customer calls per day
• Preference for commercial/industrial background
• Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effective
• Microsoft Office and Computer skills required
• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
• CRM experience are a plus

Primary Job Functions:

• Provide prompt service and estimating to existing accounts
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead/estimate follow-up and existing account relationship building.
• Understand customer needs and requirements and provide prompt communication and resolution to problems
• Close sales and achieve quarterly/annual quotas
• Maintain and expand your database of prospects
• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $44,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
